  I stopped by while waiting for the bus, and the clerk was speaking with a customer. I stood around waiting for him to acknowledge me in some way but he just kept talking, so I looked around. Even the customer seemed to pause, expecting some acknowledgement that another person had walked into the room. Not so much as a "be right with you," even after I very delicately prodded: it was a very strange sensation. Finally when I started helping myself to some poly thread, he came over. Other than that, the store is nicely lit, has a good selection of machines to look at, and seems to have some seminars and workshops. 店員さんはほかのお客さんと話して、ずーっと挨拶無しで待ていて、ちょっとふしぎでした。けどサンプルのショールームが面白い、セミナーもありそうです。
